The Professional

Behind the operations of The Prep Professional is a skilled and talented professional, and its founder, Shanell N. Jeffries. After obtaining a BS in Accountancy from Norfolk State University, she returned home, to Upstate New York and entered a career in Accounting. Throughout the years she has been devoted to her community and realizing her vision to do more.

Shanell has a proven track record of assisting individuals, globally, with career preparation and transitioning assistance, obtaining jobs in the workforce, and resume writing. She's now certified through and has worked with H&R Block, as a tax preparer. In addition to the beforementioned, she received training and certification through, and is a member of the National Notary Association. Not only is she a commissioned notary, but she's also established herself as a loan signing agent. Utilizing her experience and credentials, she's established a business that services her community in various capacities.

With high moral and ethical standards, The Prep Professional was established based on providing clients with a superior customer service experience, customized to meet their individual and unique needs. Shanell's aim is RESULTS and not only is it her desire to continue to grow her business but, just as importantly, it's to see her clients WIN!
